For starters, F1b means one parent is F1 (first generation Golden Retriever bred with Poodle), and one parent is a poodle. It means an F1 has been backcrossed (thus the b in F1b) with a poodle.

English means that instead of an American Golden Retriever, an English Golden Retriever has been used in the lines. An English Golden Retrieved has a blockier/wider head, shorter shoulder height, calmer temperament, less prone to cancer, slightly longer life expectancy.
